Grated fresh nutmeg

1-1/2 oz silver or blanco tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
splash simple syrup
salt rim

Caribbean Rum Punch
1/2 oz lime juice
4 oz orange juice
4 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz light rum
A little grenadine for color

Bahama Mama
1 1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz Kahlúa
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
A little grenadine for color

Classic Mojito
1 1/2 oz rum
Club Soda
12 mint leaves
½ lime, wedged
2 tbsp simple syrup

Dirty Monkey
2 oz Kahlua
2 oz dark rum
2 oz rum cream liqueur
4 oz milk
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 banana
Ice (for blending)

Electric Lemonade
3/4 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. blue curacao
1 oz. sweet and sour mix

5 large strawberries
2 ounces white rum
