Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana
The Vacationeeze team had lunch here in November and everyone was very impressed. The resort was created by Karisma resorts who are known for their “Gourmet Inclusive” resorts such as El Dorado Casitas and Azul Beach. The resort has over 12 restaurants and bar. Each restaurant has it’s own theme. No matter where we ate the food was amazing. There are special menus for the kids and plenty of seating for large families. The rooms are all bright and large. Many of them can hold 5-6 people. Some rooms are swim outs and you can even stay in The Pineapple Villa, the home of Sponge Bob. Everyone can enjoy the Nick water park and if you choose even get slimmed. If you want to meet Dora or Sponge Bob there are plenty of opportunities. If you just want to relax at a 5 star resort then you have found your place. If you have toddlers the resort will supply bottle warmers, changing tables and even organic food in your room. And best of all it is all included.
The Grand at Moon Palace-Cancun Mexico
Jack and Sharon just spent 3 nights here and were blown away by the experience. The Grand offers a 5 star family experience for everyone in yoru family. If you have teens that don’t want to hang with the family they can spend their day at the teen club. There is a full kids club with bumper cars, a ropes course, virtual reality tag, mini golf and arcade. They also are opening a full water park. The rooms are all very large and have full jacuzzis in the room. Bubble bath is supplied so the kids can have fun in the Jacuzzi as well. There are over 11 restaurants at the resort and everyone we dined at exceeded our expectations. There are pools all over the place and in case the adults need some alone time there is an adults only pool. The resort also provides each room with up to $1500 in resort credits that you can use for tours, excursions, and even a relaxing massage.
Beaches Turks and Caicos
The resort has something for everyone. There are 5 different themed villages boasting the ambiance of Italy, France, Key West and the Caribbean. There is also a large water park. The beach at the resort is one of the most amazing in the world. There are over 20 different rooms including the new Seaside Butler Villas that are within feet of the sand. If you happen to be hungry the resort has over 21 different international restaurants to dine at including Italian, Indian, Southwestern, Sushi, Caribbean and Seafood cuisines. They offer a full activity program to keep the kids busy and have a partnership with Sesame Street. They are also one of the only resorts that offers motorized watersports such as scuba diving and snorkeling.
Hard Rock Resort Punta Cana
Jack and Sharon just spent 3 nights here and had a blast. Everywhere you turn there are swimming pools and restaurants and bars. All rooms have hot tubs right in the room. It is a great place for the kids to relax and watch some movies while sipping some juice. Just in case mom and dad want to gamble, the resort has one of the largest casinos in the caribbean. The resort has over 13 options for keeping your appetite quenched. All restaurants have kid friendly menus and the staff interacts well with the kids. The resort is large so they have golf carts running all over to whisk from one location to another. There is a full kids activity program and camp to keep the kids busy. They also have an adults only pool area with an amazing bar. Each room is provided up to $1800 in resort credits that you can spend on tours, excursions, golf and the spa.
Dreams Las Marcas-Costa Rica
Costa Rica is on everyone’s family travel hit list. Dreams is right in the center of the action for all your tours to see monkeys, go whitewater rafting or just take a nature hike. The resort offers over 10 restaurants and bars plus 24 hour room service for every room. They have a teens clubs plus the Explores kids club. They also provide non motorized watersports right from their beach. The resort has a good range of rooms from those that look over the jungle to the Preferred Club with a jacuzzi right on your balcony or you can choose a swim out room. The staff at the resort is amazing and really knows how to take care of the guests staying at the resort.
