Situated on a tiny island just a short yacht ride from Cancun, Zoetry Villa Rolandi truly feels like a paradise escape. The two restaurants at the resort will never disappoint your taste buds and are definitely highlights for any foodie. Casa Rolandi serves a large menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner as you overlook the crystal-clear blue water and can watch the fish swimming just feet below you. Don’t want to leave the beach or pool? Not to worry: the staff at Zoetry Villa Rolandi will serve you food and drinks as you continue to relax under the sun. The second restaurant, Le Metissage, takes your taste buds on a thrilling adventure through the chef’s evening tasting menu of local ingredients with a sophisticated twist. The staff is extremely accommodating, so don’t miss a dinner at Le Metissage even if you have allergies or food limitations. From delicious cauliflower soup, to perfectly cooked duck, to deconstructed lemon meringue pie, every bite is a culinary delight.
