The retreat is your job. Getting everyone there is ours.

Company offsites, executive retreats and incentive trips at high-end resorts and estate properties, for groups of 20 to 250+. We negotiate the contract and handle every traveler's flights, rooms and questions, so you can spend your time on the agenda and actually attend.
Featured and awarded

You have a day job. Now you also have a 60-person travel agency.

Somebody had to own the retreat, and it landed on you. Now it's venue quotes at 11 p.m., a spreadsheet of who is flying from where, and a third email asking whether a plus-one is allowed.

Then comes the part nobody warns you about. A hotel contract that bills you for rooms nobody booked. A leadership team that will remember, for years, whether the trip went smoothly.

The agenda is the part that matters. Everything else is logistics, and logistics is what we do all day.

Multiple kinds of trips. One way of handling them.

Whatever you are celebrating, planning or fixing, the work underneath is the same: the right property, a contract that protects you, and every traveler where they need to be.

Why teams plan with Vacationeeze

One account manager, start to finish

You work with the same advisor from your first call to the day after your team flies home. No handoffs to junior coordinators. No ticket numbers. No call center. You get support from the first call all the way through the flight home.

Transparent pricing and a contract that protects you

We shortlist the properties, then negotiate the details that decide whether a retreat runs well: meeting space, complimentary rooms, a welcome reception, upgrades, and release dates so you are not paying for rooms nobody booked.

You pay the resort's rate plus a planning fee based on group size, typically starting at $2,500 for up to 99 guests. Our advice is shaped by what fits your team and firsthand experience.

We handle your travelers so you do not have to

Room blocks, rooming lists, group air, transfers, payment schedules, reminders and last-minute changes. Your team gets one place to book and one person to ask. You get to attend your own retreat.

One advisor. One contract. One per-person number.

Properties we love for groups

We stick to properties with real standards: estate-style and high-end resorts, all-inclusive or not, where the rooms are great and the service is better. No bland, boring forgettable properties.

Who we work with

Our sweet spot

Groups of 20 to 250 at companies without a dedicated events department. An annual retreat, a leadership offsite or a top-performer trip where people fly in from several cities, and someone needs one clear per-person number.

Where we shine

Finding the right property. Negotiating the contract and the extras. Managing the room block. Moving your travelers: group air, rooming lists, transfers, reminders and changes. The administrative weight that makes an offsite exhausting for the person running it.

Who we're not for

Programs that need custom staging, A/V production, branded event design or agenda facilitation from us. Large groups are welcome, and we coordinate closely with the property's on-site team, but we are not an event production company. We also say no to pure business travel management, day-long local offsites, and any property that does not meet our standard. If you are good to your people, we will get along.

From people who have organized groups with us

We've planned groups of all sizes to many destinations. Now let us plan your next corporate event.

"The team at Vacationeeze handled every detail from room blocks to transfers to the ceremony itself. I did not stress once during the entire planning process."

"Our advisor managed the entire room block, coordinated all the transfers, and worked directly with the resort team so we never had to play middleman."

"Our concierge Leslie was exceptional at coordinating the booking of rooms for our guests, arranging all the travel to and from the resort, and handling the last-minute changes to our booking."

Let's plan yours.

Tell us your headcount, rough dates and where your team flies from. We'll send a shortlist within 3 business days of your call.

Corporate retreat FAQs

Is an all-inclusive resort right for a work retreat?

Often, yes. One price covers rooms, food and drinks, so the budget stays predictable and nobody splits a check. Before you commit, we confirm the property has real meeting space, reliable Wi-Fi and private dining. If an all-inclusive is not the right feel for your team, we also work with many other properties - internationally and domestic - that are not.

What does a retreat cost per person?

Starting prices for our sample programs run from about $1,995 to $5,095 per person, single occupancy, and final pricing depends on the property, season, group size and length. We present a full proposal and customize the pricing in partnership with you.

How do you get paid?

Two ways. You pay a planning fee based on group size, typically starting at $2,500 for up to 99 guests, and the resort compensates us when you book. Our advice is shaped by what fits your team, not by what pays us most.

How far ahead should we book?

The size of your group and your budget will dictate our reommendation, but generally twelve months is the comfortable window, and the best properties and dates go first. We can work on a shorter timeline, but your choices narrow.

What if people cancel or cannot make it?

We negotiate pickup terms and release dates up front and track sign-ups, so a few cancellations do not turn into a bill for empty rooms. We walk you through the terms in plain English before you sign.

How do you handle people flying in from different cities?

We can set up group air where it makes sense and individual booking where it does not, then keep one rooming list and one set of transfers. Your team books in one place and asks one person.

Do you run the event on site?

The property's events team runs the on-site program, and we work with them before you arrive. We manage things off site: the contract, travel, rooming and communications, and we stay reachable throughout. If you need custom staging, A/V production or agenda facilitation, we offer both in-house event planning for a supplemental fee or the hotel's on-site team can assist.

How big a group can you handle?

Our sweet spot tends to be groups of 20 to 250 travelers. We've seen it all over the years, including private cruise charters, hotel buyouts and everything in between.

How are you different from an offsite planning platform or an event agency?

Platforms give you software and a list of venues. Event agencies design and produce the program, and price accordingly. We do the part in the middle: choose the property, negotiate the contract and move your people, with one advisor you can call. If you need a full production, we will say so. We often work with planners and agenices to support your full vision.

Can employees extend their stay or bring a guest?

In most cases, yes. We set up optional add-on nights and guest rooms that individuals pay for themselves, so the company's invoice stays clean.

Who signs the contract, and how do payments work?

We will work with you and the venue to design a contract and payment process that works for all parties.
