Welcome to the Vacationeeze.com website (the "Site"). This Site is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below. The terms "we," "us," "our," and "Vacationeeze" refer to Vacationeeze, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (EIN: 33-2042303). The terms "you," "customer," and "user" refer to the customer visiting the Site and/or booking a reservation through the Site or our agents.

By using the Site or booking any travel products or services through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site. Any payment constitutes final acceptance of these Terms.

1. Lead Passenger / Group Lead

The "Lead Passenger" or "Group Lead" is the person who:

Serves as the primary point of contact
Signs any group-level contract
Makes or authorizes group payments
Makes decisions on behalf of the group

This person is responsible for disseminating all communications to other group members and ensuring compliance with all terms and deadlines.

2. Acceptable Use

You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use of the Site for speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations is prohibited. We reserve the right to deny access to the Site and our services at any time for any reason.

3. Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

All deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are governed by the specific terms of the applicable group or supplier contract. Changes or cancellations must be made directly with Vacationeeze by the credit card holder. Our standard change and cancellation fees are:

Hotel changes or cancellations: minimum $75 per adult (age 12+), plus supplier penalties up to 100%
Airfare changes or cancellations: $50 per person Vacationeeze fee, plus airline fees

If travel protection is purchased, it is non-refundable and must be added at the time of deposit. If you are a "no-show" or fail to use any portion of your booking, a 100% penalty applies. Airlines may cancel remaining itineraries if a segment is unused. Your credit card will be charged whether or not the services are used in full.

Name corrections: minor name corrections are allowed within 24 hours of the original booking (not travel). Name changes are not allowed on published airfares.

All balances must be paid at least 45 days prior to travel, or as outlined in your contract. Payments will be automatically charged to the card used for your deposit unless you contact us in advance. Vacationeeze may cancel bookings in the event of non-payment or payment disputes.

4. Automatic Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Vacationeeze to securely store your payment credentials and automatically charge your card for future payments per your invoice schedule. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. You may revoke authorization by notifying us in writing before a scheduled charge.

5. Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have proper identification and travel documents for all destinations, including valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits. Vacationeeze is not responsible for denied boarding due to documentation issues. For guidance, U.S. citizens can visit travel.state.gov.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection. Coverage is offered through third-party insurers, and all claims are subject to the terms of the policy purchased. We are not licensed insurance producers. Refunds are processed per insurer approval and returned to the original method of payment. Vacationeeze will not issue credits or refunds in lieu of filing a claim.

7. Supplier Terms and Force Majeure

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying suppliers. Force majeure events, including but not limited to pandemics, weather events, government orders, and strikes, may impact your travel plans. Refunds or credits for such events will be determined by the suppliers' policies.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All services are provided "as is" and subject to availability. Descriptions, photos, and ratings are provided by suppliers and are not guaranteed.

Vacationeeze acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers and is not responsible for their actions or performance. We are not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or other loss caused by any act or omission of a supplier or other third party.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed $250 per customer, excluding cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vacationeeze, its officers, owners, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or defamatory actions.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action. This clause survives termination of the agreement.

12. General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut
Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the state courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut
If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect
This is the entire agreement between you and Vacationeeze regarding your use of the Site and our services
