Secrets Bahía Mita Surf & Spa Resort is an adults-only Unlimited-Luxury® property on the Pacific coast of Punta Mita, combining serious surf access with the Secrets all-inclusive programme. The beach terrace ceremony venue faces the open Pacific, delivering sunset light and a natural drama that the more sheltered Bay of Banderas properties cannot replicate. For wedding couples whose guests include surfers, adventure travellers, or anyone who wants the Pacific coastline rather than a calm bay, Secrets Bahía Mita is the natural recommendation.

Pacific Beachfront Ceremony
Secrets Bahia Mita shares the same Pacific coastline as its sister property Dreams Bahia Mita, with ceremony setups facing directly west over Banderas Bay. The Pacific sunset timing is a key advantage — ceremonies scheduled for 5 to 6pm in the dry season (November through April) are timed perfectly for the sun setting over the ocean. Accommodates up to 100 guests.
Preferred Club Terrace
An elevated adults-only terrace within the Preferred Club section of the resort. Accommodates up to 60 guests. The elevation provides a wider view over the bay than the beach level, and the Preferred Club section offers added privacy from the main resort. Best for couples whose guest group is staying in Preferred Club accommodations.
Jungle Terrace
A terrace set against the lush Pacific coast jungle that rises behind the resort. Accommodates up to 40 guests. The green backdrop with ocean glimpses provides a layered visual that photographs well and feels genuinely different from a beach-only setting.

We quickly decided we didn't want to do a local wedding, so we started looking up YouTube videos of destination weddings. We found Jack and fell in love with him. We loved how he was a no nonsense type of guy that wasn't trying to sell anyone on anything, he was just stating facts and his knowledge. We quickly decided that we wanted Jack to be the one to help us figure out a destination wedding for us.

What a gorgeous resort! From the swings at the bar to the numerous pools… Many thanks to Zandra and Vacationeeze for planning such a dream vacation to El Dorado Maroma in Playa del Carmen last November! It was a beautiful location and the organized events were perfect! We had a delicious dinner on the beach that was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights… just magical! Thank you Zandra, for picking such an amazing resort - we loved the Mexican night, the tequila tasting, and the mariachis! We will be returning for more advice from you in the future!!
