"Starting from" language, calls to action that require a consultation before you see any numbers, and package descriptions that list inclusions without prices are the norm. The reason is simple: resorts want to have a conversation before quoting, because the variables (guest count, package tier, season, room category) affect the price significantly.

The couple's direct costs

Ceremony package

Complimentary packages are available at most 5-star all-inclusive resorts when the room block minimum is met. Typical threshold: 10–15 rooms for 5 nights. Above this threshold, the ceremony package itself costs the couple nothing.

Paid ceremony packages (for couples who don't meet the room block minimum or want a higher tier) range from $2,500 to $8,000 depending on resort and inclusions.

Upgrades on top of the complimentary package

Guest costs

Each guest pays for their own room and travel. All-inclusive room rates at 5-star Mexico resorts typically run $180 – $380 per person per night based on double occupancy. For a 5-night stay that's $900 – $1,900 per person for accommodation and all food and drink — often less than a guest would spend attending a traditional home wedding when you factor in hotels, travel, and the open bar.

What affects the total most

• Season — November through March (high season) runs 20–35% more expensive than May through October
• Day of the week — Friday and Saturday ceremonies command a premium at most resorts; Thursday slots can save $500–$1,500
