Destination Wedding Specialist
About the role
Vacationeeze is a family-run destination wedding agency with over 35 years of resort relationships across Mexico and the Caribbean. We are looking for a Destination Wedding Specialist to manage a book of wedding clients from initial enquiry through post-travel follow-up — with the full Vacationeeze infrastructure behind you.
This is a commission-based, fully remote role. Your earnings are uncapped and determined entirely by the weddings you book.
What you will do
- Handle inbound destination wedding enquiries and guide couples from resort selection through booking
- Build personalised proposals using our resort database and package knowledge across 108 reviewed properties
- Manage room blocks and individual guest bookings for each wedding group
- Maintain client relationships before, during, and after travel
- Attend supplier training, webinars, and familiarisation trips to maintain first-hand destination knowledge
- Grow your own client base through referrals and social channels
What we are looking for
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in travel, hospitality, or destination wedding planning
- Deep personal knowledge of all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and/or the Caribbean
- Extensive personal travel to the destinations you will be selling — this is essential
Skills
- Comfort managing multiple client bookings simultaneously with tight attention to detail
- Strong written communication — you will handle client emails and proposals daily
- Self-starter mentality — you set your own pace and your own income ceiling

Compensation
This role is entirely commission-based. There is a one-time onboarding fee that covers system access and initial training. Advisors who treat this as their primary business grow the fastest — there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
