Romance Travel Advisor

About the role

Romance travel is one of the largest segments of travel. We are looking for a Honeymoon & Romance Travel Advisor to own client relations and turn dream trips into reality. If you love love, want to watch as your clients experience a magical honeymoon, or celebrate an incredible 10-year vow renewal surrounded by loved ones, this may be the perfect role for you.

Fully remote and commission-based. Your earnings are determined by what you book.

What you will do

• Plan and book honeymoons and anniversary trips for couples
• Handle everything from all-inclusive resort bookings to bespoke multi-destination itineraries
• Build repeat business through exceptional service and genuine destination expertise
• Maintain supplier relationships across luxury hotel brands and DMCs
• Contribute destination knowledge and resources to the Vacationeeze platform

What we are looking for

Experience

While experience in the travel industry is helpful, it's not necessary. It's far more important you have a hunger to grow your business and support clients. You may have experience in marketing, sales, hospitality, or another industry.

• 2 or more years of professional experience with strong personal travel experience across multiple regions
• Comfort with navigating deadlines and multiple projects at once
• Experience planning travel, even if it means for you or your family and friends

Knowledge

• Familiarity with key honeymoon destinations: Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Maldives, or similar
• An existing client base or strong referral network is helpful but not required
• Comfortable learning new tech tools (Slack, Tern) and happy to pick up the phone and call a client.

Compensation

This role is entirely commission-based. While you may receive warm referrals from our existing client base, the expectation is that you are generating your own clients through relationships and referrals. There is no earnings cap.
