Independent Travel Advisor
About the role
Vacationeeze is a family-run travel agency with over 35 years of resort and supplier relationships spanning the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Africa, and domestic US. We are looking for an Independent Travel Advisor to manage a book of clients across weddings, corporate retreats, incentive travel, and individual leisure trips, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up, with the full Vacationeeze infrastructure behind you.
This is a commission-based, fully remote role. Your earnings are uncapped and determined entirely by the travel you book.
What you will do
- Handle inbound inquiries across a range of trip types (cruise, leisure, group, wedding, corporate) and guide clients from destination selection through booking
- Build personalized proposals using our supplier database and destination knowledge
- Manage room blocks, individual bookings, and group logistics depending on trip type
- Maintain client relationships before, during, and after travel
- Attend supplier training, webinars, and familiarization trips to build first-hand destination knowledge across your focus areas
- Grow your own client base through referrals and social channels
What we are looking for
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in travel, hospitality, or a related client-facing field
- Personal knowledge of at least one core destination category (all-inclusive resorts, European travel, safari, cruise, etc.)
- Extensive personal travel to the destinations you plan to sell
Skills
- Comfort managing multiple client bookings simultaneously with tight attention to detail
- Strong written communication. You will handle client emails and proposals daily
- Self-starter mentality. You set your own pace and your own income ceiling
- Comfort working across varied trip types rather than a single niche

Compensation
This role is entirely commission-based. There is a one-time onboarding fee of $500 that covers system access and initial training. Advisors who treat this as their primary business grow the fastest. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
