Independent Travel Advisor - Luxury Cruise Specialist

About the role

Vacationeeze is a family-run travel agency with over 35 years helping turn travel dreams into reality. We are looking for an Independent Travel Advisor with a Luxury Cruise specialty to grow and manage a book of clients planning luxury ocean and river cruises, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up, with the full Vacationeeze infrastructure behind you.

This is a commission-based, fully remote role. Your earnings are uncapped and determined entirely by the travel you book.

What you will do

• Generate inbound inquiries for luxury ocean and river cruises and guide clients from itinerary selection through booking
• Build personalized proposals using our supplier database and cruise line relationships
• Manage individual and group cruise bookings, including cabin categories and shore excursions
• Maintain client relationships before, during, and after travel
• May attend supplier training, ship inspections, and familiarization sailings to build first-hand cruise knowledge
• Grow your own client base through referrals and social channels

What we are looking for

Experience

• Personal experience sailing on luxury ocean and river cruises, with a genuine passion for the category
• Prior experience selling cruises is not required

Skills

• Comfort managing multiple client bookings simultaneously with tight attention to detail
• Strong written communication. You will handle client emails and proposals daily
• Self-starter mentality. You set your own pace and your own income ceiling

Nice to have

• Interest in hosting group cruises with friends and your own community

Compensation

This role is entirely commission-based. There is a one-time onboarding fee of $500 that covers system access and initial training. Advisors who treat this as their primary business grow the fastest. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
