Barbara Marriner is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional (ACS CCP) and the owner and operator of The Cheese Lady Rochester in Michigan. After moving to the United States with her family in 2017, she fell in love with the local cheese shop and eventually took over the business to pursue her passion full-time. Leveraging her background in research, she hosts educational workshops, tasting events, and pairing classes to share global artisan cheeses with her local community.
