William & Brittany Gregorio
William and Brittany wanted a wedding that was also a vacation — something their 73 guests would remember as much for the destination as the day itself. Moon Palace Nizuc delivered both. The dance floor on the patio, under open sky, was the part everyone talked about after.
The proposal
Will proposed in Dilworth Plaza in Center City Philadelphia. From that day, the priority was simple: make the wedding a full experience, not just a ceremony. "We wanted something that was a wedding celebration and a vacation for everyone."
Why a destination wedding
The logic was clear from the start. A destination wedding gives guests a shared experience that outlasts the day itself. Will and Brittany didn't want their wedding to end at midnight — they wanted it to last a week.
Choosing the resort
They were drawn to Moon Palace Nizuc for its layout and the quality of the property. Jared walked them through their options and helped them understand the Palace Resorts room block programme, which made managing 73 guests across different booking windows straightforward.
The ceremony
The ceremony was on the beach at Nizuc. The reception followed on the patio — open air, a live DJ, a dance floor, and weather that cooperated. The only thing Will would change in hindsight: umbrellas to block the afternoon sun during the reception. "Our guests loved the venue and said it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to."
Working with Vacationeeze
"Fantastic. Jared helped in every way that he could." All vendors — photography, florals, entertainment — were sourced through the Moon Palace in-house team, which simplified coordination significantly for a group of 73.
